Rewards Program
Orders placed outside the PM Artist Studio online store are not eligible for participation in the Arty Rewards Program. Points for the Arty Rewards Program are automatically issued for transactions conducted through the PM Artist Studio online store and are not applicable to purchases made through external sales channels or any third-party venues. The Arty Rewards Program is exclusively administered through the PM Artist Studio website and does not extend to any other sales platforms.

Limitation of Liability
PM Artist Studio Products will not be liable for any special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if PM Artist Studio Products has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Typographical Errors
If a PM Artist Studio Products product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PM Artist Studio Products reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. PM Artist Studio Products may refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PM Artist Studio Products will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree that any legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of PM Artist Studio Products products) shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Any cause of action or claim you may have concerning the site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of PM Artist Studio Products products) must be filed within ninety (90) days after the claim or cause of action arises. PM Artist Studio Products’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or right.
