Free USPS Shipping on Domestic Orders (USA) over $35 and International Orders over $125 US, unless you have an Arty Perks Membership.
PM artist Studio is based in Sachse, Texas in the United States.
Domestic (US) orders are subject to a standard USPS rate of $6.85. International orders are subject to a charge of $24.63 for standard postal services.
1. Orders that provide wrong or incomplete address information will be charged for reshipment of the order once it has been returned to PM artist Studio (please see refunds and returns for more details).
2. Arty friends outside the U.S. are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and VAT associated with your package, this applies to all packages that have or have not met the Free shipping amount.
3. For our international Arty friends that do not want to use the standard postal option please reach out to us and we can pull rates and offer alternative shipping methods. PM artist Studio can only purchase shipping and will not be able to access duties, tariffs, and/or VAT your specific country will charge. PM will not cover these additional costs.
International Shipping Notice: From time to time International Shipments experience delays due to each country’s postal system’s ups and downs. We utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) for all shipments unless other carriers have been confirmed by the shipper and receiver. The package is handed off to the destination country’s postal service. Sometimes scans are not done to update the status of the packages. We will not reship orders until they are out of our hands for at least 6 weeks and have not had a status update in at least two weeks. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Error / Damaged Products
If you receive your order and it has missing, shipping damaged, or incorrect products included, please CONTACT US for a resolution. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
- Shipped damaged product(s) require a close-up photo to be sent and approved before being replaced.
- All damaged products are replacement only and are nonrefundable.
- All replacement products are nonrefundable.
An order shown as delivered by the carrier, but not received by the customer will be honored by re-shipping with a required signature.
- Re-shipped orders are not refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to sign for their order and any signature by party/non-party will be considered complete.
