Refund & Returns Policy
Customers outside the US are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and VAT associated with their package.
All returns will incur a 35% restocking fee.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for acceptance of any returns or exchanges.
You must NOTIFY before returning any product(s) and any UNNOTIFIED returns or exchanges will not be accepted by PM artist Studio.
Delivery Error / Damaged Products
If you receive your order and it has missing, shipping damaged, or incorrect products included, please CONTACT US for a resolution. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
- Shipped damaged product(s) require a close-up photo to be sent and approved before being replaced.
- All damaged products are replacement only and are nonrefundable.
- All replacement products are nonrefundable.
An order shown as delivered by the carrier, but not received by the customer will be honored by re-shipping with a required signature.
- Re-shipped orders are not refundable.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to sign for their order and any signature by party/non-party will be considered complete.
Returns & Exchange Policy
You may return any standard unused product(s) purchased from PM artist Studio within ten (10) days from the received date of shipment by the carrier for a refund minus shipping charges and other fees.
Please use either the original or similar shipping packaging to ensure that the product(s) arrive in good condition.
All Imperfectly Perfect (IMPP), Custom Request Orders, digital and/or printable products are not refundable.
Many of our designs are intricate and detailed which require more delicate handling. It is very important to read our Use & Care information before using our products. Since there are so many factors we are not in control of WE DO NOT REPLACE USED PRODUCTS.

When returning or exchanging an item, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and specify whether you would like to return or exchange the item. Customers making an exchange are responsible for the return postage and shipping fees associated with the replacement order. Product(s) must be in good, unused condition and in original or similar shipping packaging. Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and other fees.
