Refund & Returns Policy

Customers outside the US are responsible for all duties, tariffs, and VAT associated with their package.

All returns will incur a 35% restocking fee. ย 

Please emailย [email protected]ย for acceptance of any returns or exchanges.

You mustย NOTIFYย before returning any product(s) and anyย UNNOTIFIEDย returns or exchanges will not be accepted by PM artist Studio.

Delivery Error / Damaged Products

If you receive your order and it has missing, shipping damaged, or incorrect products included, please CONTACT US for a resolution. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if there is an issue with your order, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.

  • Shipped damaged product(s) require a close-up photo to be sent and approved before being replaced.ย 
  • All damaged products are replacement only and are nonrefundable.
  • All replacement products are nonrefundable.

If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but was not received by the customer, it must be reported as stolen. A copy of the theft report must be submitted before the order can be re-shipped, and the replacement will require a signature upon delivery.

  • The report must be submitted before re-shipped items can be processed.ย 
  • Re-shipped orders are not refundable.
  • It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to sign for their order and any signature by party/non-party will be considered complete.

Returns & Exchange Policy

You may return any standard unused product(s) purchased from PM artist Studio within ten (10) days from the received date of shipment by the carrier for a refund minus shipping charges and other fees.ย 

Please use either the original or similar shipping packaging to ensure that the product(s) arrive in good condition.

If a package is rejected or returned to PM Artist Studio, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Upon receipt and examination of the returned package (please allow 24 hours for processing), two options are available:

Reshipping: We can resend the order to the correct address and contact details provided. Reshipping fees must be paid by the customer prior to dispatch.

Refund: If a refund is preferred, a 35% restocking fee will be applied, in accordance with our policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds will only be processed once the returned item is received in its original, unopened condition.

All Imperfectly Perfect (IMPP),ย Custom Request Orders,ย digital and/or printable products are not refundable.

Many of our designs are intricate and detailed which require more delicate handling. It is very important to read our Use & Care information before using our products. Since there are so many factors we are not in control ofย  WE DO NOT REPLACE USED PRODUCTS.

When returning or exchanging an item, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and specify whether you would like to return or exchange the item. Customers making an exchange are responsible for the return postage and shipping fees associated with the replacement order. Product(s) must be in good, unused condition and in original or similar shipping packaging. Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and other fees.
