Old Is New With EddieMakesArt
The June Makers Collaboration theme, Old Is New, presents EddieMakesArt using three art items from PM Artist Studio in the wonderful #OldIsNew YouTube Mixed Media Swap & Make Hop on June 17, 2023.
The Challenge
Mariah’s Swap package to Eddie included some of Lisa’s wax-dyed paper, a small bunch of Mariah’s favorite fibers, and some metallic papers.
The Art
Eddie personifies one of his fears with a signature Nike sneaker collage dropped onto the colors of a sunrise and sunset. Gel print collages make up a modern cityscape, and he tells a compelling story with his art journal spread. Be sure to check out how he made the bridge and the palm trees!
