Old is New with Pages of an Art Journal
The June Makers Collaboration theme, Old Is New, presents Pages of an Art Journal using three art items from DevonRex4Art in the wonderful #OldIsNew YouTube Mixed Media Swap & Make Hop on June 17, 2023.
The Challenge
Kristen received three swap items from Yolande, which included some crocheted lace, some old papers, and a gel print. Kristen chose a double-spread page in an art journal for her project destination.
The Art
Using the col vintage papers for the backgrounds and for the focal points, she raided her stash of sprays, words, texture paste, and more to create a theme of circles. She put two PM Artist Stencils to work:

- Cabbage Roses by Ceri Griffiths
