Circle Journal – A Water & Seaside Inspired Spread

Circle Journal – A Water & Seaside Inspired Spread

Our latest spread from the Circle Journal has arrived and it takes you seaside. We took this opportunity to revisit our Cloudy Seaside papers once again, and once again they did not disappoint. It is such fun being able to take something we created and keep creating new and wonderful projects like this. An art journal spread with a flip panel opening like a treasure found at sea.

Starfish and nautilus swirl around as if in a tide pool on either side. Another lovely treasure floating and anchored in place by a magnet clasp and an embossed tab. Once the card is released from the tab it’s movement mimics that of crashing waves. The card and the tab are embossed and match up in yet another organic representation like driftwood. The grays and blues are softened by the peaches and yellows representing the sand and sun… the warmth to the cold sea.

If you like the pattern paper we use it is from our collection of papers available in our shop linked here Cloudy Seaside | Deep Blues Greys & Warm Sand Decorative Patterned Papers | Starfish, Nautilus, Shells, Waves
