Circle Journal – A Steampunk Victoriana Spread for an Art Journal
The Steampunk and Victoriana-type theme has always intrigued me (M) and quite delighted that we are doing a few spreads in the circle journal with the theme. In true PM fashion things had to be done with our flair and certainly with what has become some of our signature techniques.
SIDE NOTE: I view my creative journey as that of a dancer or maybe even a musician with recognizable moves or style.
In this particular spread our inked and embossed yogurt tops along with a triple folded pocket really take the “grunge” spotlight. A new tool and technique surprisingly came with the vellum envelopes P recently gel plate printed, turning one corner into a moth-like wand-card. Are you now intrigued?
