Old Is New with Kylie Coo Studio
The June Makers Collaboration theme, Old Is New, presents Kylie Coo using three art items from fellow artist, Ceri Griffiths, in the wonderful #OldIsNew YouTube Mixed Media Swap & Make Hop on June 17, 2023.
The Challenge
Ceri the Crafter sent Kylie three items: a pack of playing cards (in a nice box!), some lace, and a collection of charming charms.
She will take these items, add some of her own things to his, and create two Torn Pieces Journals. In her words, she is “Bringing together torn pieces and fragments of junk, of fabrics, of fibers, of art, and indeed, of art.”
